Had a rep named Caleb and he was absolutely the worst person I have ever dealt with. Told him I just wanted upgrade and nothing else. He kept pushing direct tv. I asked him to stop and he said fine keep over paying for tv. I then asked about digital life and he said oh we don't sell that anymore which is a lie cause I called and got it from care. He was just so rude
