  Same rude woman that has been there forever except this time she didn't even want at help at all. I was the only customer in the store trying to buy anew phone! She kept insisting I do it on-line. They had it in stock right there!!!! She knew I wasn't buying all the extras or the warranty because I've been with sprint since 2008 so I guess no commission. However the fee to fix a broken phone is $50.00. If you do not break your phone in 4 months then you have already paid to get it fixed so why the warranty unless you just like to give your money away. I think its like $11.00 a month now!!! Crazy!!
